Harrogate and District Family History Society is a member of the Federation of Family History Societies. We hold Charity Status and our registered number is 1116276.

Membership of our Society allows you access to:

• Organised trips to both local and national record offices.
• Members with specialised knowledge of the local area available to answer queries.
• The Society library containing local books and information.
  
• The Journal "Claro Ancestors" sent three times a year.
• Fiche readers owned by the Society along with a limited number of fiche.

A limited amount of research can be undertaken for members - a small charge may be made to defray expenses.

Annual subscriptions are due on 31st December each year and run from 1st January to 31st December each year.

Memberships are available now and the subscription rate is:

Individual members £12
Joint members £15
Overseas members £15

Membership application forms are available here, together with a Banker's Standing Order for those who wish to pay by this method.

If you are a tax player please can you also complete a Gift Aid Donation Declaration form signing the appropriate section.

You can either send the forms back to us by post addressed to: Membership Secretary, 16 Swinburne Close, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 3LX or bring them with you when you next visit us.
