Membership 
Harrogate and District Family History Society is a member of the Federation of Family History Societies.
We hold Charity Status and our registered number is 1116276.
Membership of our Society allows you access to:
Partake in organised trips to both local and national record offices.
Members with specialised knowledge of the local area available to answer queries.
Access to the Society library full of local books and information.
Quarterly journals sent to your home for those members unable to attend meetings.
Gain access to fiche readers owned by the Society along with a limited number of fiche.
A limited amount of research can be undertaken for members - a small charge may be made to defray expenses.
Annual subscriptions are due on 31st December each year and run from 1st January to 31st December each year.
Memberships are available now and the subscription rate is:
Individual members £10
Joint members £12.00
Overseas members £12.00
Membership application forms are available through the link above on this page, together with a Banker's Standing Order for those who wish to pay by this method.
We also have a link to a Gift Aid Donation Declaration - please remember to sign the appropriate section of the form if you are a tax payer (see the form for details).
You can either send the forms back to us by post addressed to: Membership Secretary, 18 Aspin Drive, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, HG5 8HH or bring them with you when you next visit us.
